Telecalling Executive Simro Financial Services

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to understand their loan requirements and offer them suitable loan products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and customers to inquire about their loan needs.
• Explain loan products clearly and accurately to potential borrowers.
• Promote and cross-sell loan services to existing customers.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update call status regularly.
• Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the application process.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
