Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, lead generation or follow-ups
- Answer incoming calls from customers and handle queries professionally
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to potential clients
- Follow up on prospects and convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer data and update CRM or lead management software
- Coordinate with the sales or field team for follow-up and closures
- Ensure professional tone and courtesy in every call
