Job Description
We seek driven Telesales Callers to manage outbound and inbound calls for the US market. Your role is to generate leads, upsell services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
? Outbound/Inbound Calls: Handle calls to pitch products and resolve customer queries.
? Hit Targets: Achieve daily/weekly goals for calls and conversions.
? Script Adherence: Use sales scripts flexibly to address customer needs and objections.
? CRM Management: Accurately log call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
? Collaborate: Share insights with the team and report progress to the Team Leader.
Requirements
? 1+ Year Experience: Telecalling/telesales in US market sales (outbound + inbound).
? Fluent English: Clear, neutral accent with strong persuasion and active listening skills.
? Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in fast-paced environments.
? Tech Basics: Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and remote support software
