Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. Your role will involve calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain product/service details clearly and convincingly
- Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Skills Preference:
- Excellent communication in Hindi / Marathi / English
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Sheets)
- Good listening and convincing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred but not mandatory
