Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls to customers. The role involves promoting products/services, generating leads, and providing support or information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

  Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries effectively.

  Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable).

  Maintain customer data and update call records accurately.

  Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, or confirmations.

  Handle objections or complaints calmly and professionally.

  Achieve daily/weekly targets as assigned by the team leader or manager.

  Share complete information about the product/service and guide the customer accordingly.

Requirements:

  Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  Good communication skills in [Insert language(s) as required, e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada]

  Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

  Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.

  Confident, polite, and positive attitude on calls.

  Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
