Job Title: Outbound Tele Caller (Insurance)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Tele Caller to join our insurance team. As an Outbound Tele Caller, they'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to sell insurance products, generate leads, and build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers via phone to introduce insurance products and services.

2. Generate leads: Identify potential customers interested in insurance products and generate leads for further follow-up.

3. Sell insurance products: Pitch insurance products to potential customers and close sales deals.

4. Build relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Meet sales targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with potential customers and build rapport.

2. Sales skills: Proven ability to sell products or services over the phone.

3. Insurance knowledge: Basic knowledge of insurance products and services (training will be provided).

4. Results-driven: Ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics.
