Telecalling Executive Emerge The Inside Out

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound/inbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach to meet targets and contribute to business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the given database.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and convert leads into customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently to the customer.
• Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM or database.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve service delivery.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and/or regional languages).
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and call management tools (CRM experience is a plus).
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
