### Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls ?Engage with potential clients to promote and explain our loan products, including Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loans Against Property (LP).??

- Client Relationship Management ?Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.??

- Lead Conversion ?Identify and convert potential leads into successful sales, meeting or exceeding monthly target's.??

- Follow-ups ?Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.??

- Record Maintenance ?Accurately document all interactions and transactions with clients in the CRM system.??

### Candidate Requirements:

- Experience ?Minimum of 1 year in tele calling or sales, preferably in the financial sector.??

- Communication Skills ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.??

- Sales Acumen ?Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle sales pressure effectively.??

- Technical Skills ?Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.??

- Interpersonal Skills ?Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.??
