Job Description:We at The CodeShooters are hiring a dedicated and friendly Customer Support & Calling Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is an on-site role with a 5-day working structure. You will play a key role in managing client queries, handling inbound/outbound calls, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner.
• Make follow-up calls to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain daily records of calls and responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic product/service information to clients.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Confident and polite phone etiquette.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM use).
• Should be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
• Freshers can also apply if they are confident in communication.
