We are seeking a dedicated and well-spoken Telecaller to assist in our matrimonial business operations. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to provided contact numbers, explaining our matrimonial services, and assisting clients with their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients related to matrimonial services.
• Explain service offerings, packages, and membership plans.
• Answer queries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update client information in the database.
• Follow up with interested clients and guide them through the registration process.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude on calls.
