- Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation
- Promote and explain loan or financial products and services
- Convert leads into customers by providing detailed product information
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
- Keep records of customer interactions and maintain call logs
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
