Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and promote our brand.


Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Execution:

  - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives

  - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales goals are met

- Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and properties

  - Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print)

  - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions

- Team Management:

  - Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals

  - Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members

  - Set sales and marketing targets and monitor performance

- Client Relationship Management:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners

  - Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  - Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and analyze data to inform business decisions

  - Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales and marketing efforts


Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role

- Skills:

  - Strong sales and marketing skills

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  - Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
