Roles and Responsibilities:

• This is a premium Voice/Chat process for enterprise business of our telecom partner
• (Customer Service)
• Relevant experience (Chat/ Voice Customer service Exp) mandate .
• Flexible to work in any shift Rotational .
• Working days 6 days working

24/7 Rotational Shifts (Male & Female both)

• Generate leads through inbound calls to drive business growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or tele sales.
• Strong communication skills in.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
• Experience working in an direct selling industry is preferred but not mandatory.
