Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information as required.
Follow up with leads to increase sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer records and call logs.
Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities
