- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Explain products/services to customers and address their queries.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales, depending on the campaign.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture potential clients.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
