Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities of a Telecalling Executive:Outbound Calling:

  • Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  1. Inbound Call Handling:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers.
  • Resolve queries, provide information, or redirect to the relevant department.
  1. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

  • Identify and qualify leads.
  • Regularly follow up with interested or previously contacted customers.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate if needed.
  1. Data Entry & Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
  • Update CRM systems regularly.
  1. Achieve Targets:

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Work under pressure to achieve assigned KPIs.
  1. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated with product/service features.
  • Confidently explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
  1. Script Adherence:

  • Follow prepared scripts when pitching or answering questions.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  1. Market Research:

  • Gather feedback and market insights from customer interactions.
  • Report customer trends and suggestions to the team.
  1. Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams when needed.
