Job Description
- Key Responsibilities of a Telecalling Executive:Outbound Calling:
- Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Inbound Call Handling:
- Answer incoming calls from customers.
- Resolve queries, provide information, or redirect to the relevant department.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Regularly follow up with interested or previously contacted customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate if needed.
- Data Entry & Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve Targets:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Work under pressure to achieve assigned KPIs.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with product/service features.
- Confidently explain features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Script Adherence:
- Follow prepared scripts when pitching or answering questions.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Market Research:
- Gather feedback and market insights from customer interactions.
- Report customer trends and suggestions to the team.
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams when needed.
