Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make 30 to 50 outbound calls daily to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in Excel and Word.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure smooth communication and support.
- Assist with daily coordination tasks and provide excellent customer service.
- Accompany clients for product demonstrations and meetings when required.
- Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Key Requirements:Female candidates only (age 25 to 50).
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer coordination is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally with clients for demonstrations or meetings.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
