Job Description
As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in the company's sales process by reaching out to potential customers. You will receive pre-qualified leads and are expected to contact these leads via phone to:
- Engage with leads: Initiate contact with potential clients and present the company's offerings clearly.
- Qualify the leads: Understand customer needs, answer questions, and determine their interest in scheduling a site visit.
- Schedule site visits: Arrange appointments for site visits, ensuring the schedule is efficient and that all necessary details are provided to the client and internal teams.
- Record customer details: Accurately document the lead information and interaction details in the CRM or lead management system.
- Follow up: Regularly follow up with leads who may be interested but need further assistance or reminders to schedule visits.
- Provide excellent customer service: Ensure that all interactions are professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.
- Report progress: Provide daily/weekly updates on lead conversion, site visit scheduling, and any challenges encountered to supervisors or team leads.
