Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. 
  • Inbound Call Handling:
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to existing clients. 
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various outreach methods. 
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Staying updated on product information and company policies to effectively communicate with customers. 
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Persuading customers to make purchases or take desired actions based on product knowledge and sales techniques. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. 
  • Call Logging & Reporting:
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information, and generating reports on performance. 
  • Meeting Targets:
  • Achieving daily or weekly call targets and contributing to team sales goals. 
  • Complaint Resolution:
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Compliance:
  • Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening.
