Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling:
- Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.
- Inbound Call Handling:
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to existing clients.
- Lead Generation:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various outreach methods.
- Product Knowledge:
- Staying updated on product information and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Sales & Conversion:
- Persuading customers to make purchases or take desired actions based on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Call Logging & Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information, and generating reports on performance.
- Meeting Targets:
- Achieving daily or weekly call targets and contributing to team sales goals.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Compliance:
- Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening.
- Persuasion & Sales Skills: Ability to influence customers and close sales effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Patience & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain composure during challenging calls.
- Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs and using CRM software.
- Prior Experience: Experience in a similar role, particularly in a call center or sales environment.
