Job Description
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Handles phone interactions with customers, either making outbound calls to promote products or services, or handling inbound calls to provide support and answer inquiries.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Share solutions to the customer's problem. Keep a calm tone of voice to build rapport and customer trust.
OFFICE TIMINGS: 9AM TO 7PM OR 10AM TO 8PM
WEEK OFF: MON TO FRI ANY 1 DAY U CAN TAKE WEEK OFF (SAT AND SUN COMPULSORY WORKING.
