Exp : 1 - 5 years
Salary Range : 18,000- 28,000 P.M.

Job description
- Contacting cold leads, understand their requirements and pitch the projects which will solve their need.
- Nurturing the lead and make them visit the site
- Follow up with the lead and collect feedback
- Communication
- Telemarketing
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Sales Techniques
- Real Estate Knowledge
- Good conversational and presentation skills in English and Tamil
- Candidates preferred only from real estate background.
- Working Days Saturday and Sunday
