Role Overview: We are looking for proactive and persuasive telecallers to be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule initial discovery meetings with qualified prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning PropCompany as their preferred real estate advisor. Responsibilities: Engage & Qualify: Make outbound calls to potential clients, understand their property needs, and assess if they fit our advisory portfolio. Discovery Meetings: Set up high-quality initial meetings for our real estate advisors with serious prospects. Build Trust: Communicate our expertise in real estate investments, helping clients see value in our advisory approach. CRM Management: Maintain and update records of interactions, follow-ups, and meeting schedules. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and conversion. What We are Looking for: 1-2 years of experience in telesales or lead generation, preferably in real estate or financial services. Excellent communication & persuasion skillsyou can start conversations and build rapport quickly. Strong understanding of high-end clientele and their property investment needs. Ability to handle objections professionally and position our advisory services effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the real estate advisory domain.
