Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through various channels including online portals, referral.
* Conduct site visits with potential buyers and explain project details and features.
* Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
* Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
* Coordinate with CRM and back-office team for documentation and post-sales support.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
