JOB DESCRIPTION-

A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, explain features, and generate interest. 
• Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support. 
• Identifying and qualifying potential customers by gathering information and assessing their needs. 
• Building rapport with customers, maintaining positive interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• Accurately documenting all call details, customer information, and interactions in a database or CRM system.
