Script Adherence: Follow the provided call scripts and sales guidelines. Customize communication based on customer needs and feedback.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases. Record customer interactions, preferences, and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
