Required experienced female tele-caller location Vashi
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/leads from the provided database.
- Explain products or services and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a call log.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Record customer details and update the CRM system.
- Handle customer questions or concerns politely and professionally.
- Schedule appointments or direct serious inquiries to the sales team.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge.
