Key Responsibilities:

  Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers

  Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

  Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, or digital channels

  Follow up with clients and maintain good customer relationships

  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

  Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation

Requirements:

  Good communication and interpersonal skills

  Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  Self-motivated and target-oriented

  Basic understanding of financial products is a plus
