Telecaller Inbound Sifa Ayurveda

We are hiring a Telecaller (Inbound) for our Ayurvedic Medicine division. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to ayurvedic products, providing information, resolving doubts, and guiding them through the purchase or consultation process.

• Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ayurvedic products.
• Provide detailed information about product benefits, usage, pricing, and delivery.
• Listen to health concerns and suggest suitable products or services (no medical advice).
• Coordinate with doctors or health advisors if required.
• Maintain records of customer conversations and update CRM.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or repeat orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport for long-term relationships.
