Key Responsibilities:
? Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles
? Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
? Coordinating with department heads for staffing needs
? Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports
? Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires
? Required Skills:
? Good communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
? Basic understanding of recruitment processes
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
