Make Outbound Calls To Customers/Clients For Reminders, Collections, Or Information Purposes.Handle Inbound Calls, Respond To Inquiries, And Escalate Issues As Required.Maintain Call Records And Update Crm Or Customer Databases With Relevant Notes.Follow Communication Scripts Where Applicable And Comply With Call Handling Standards.
