India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bank Telecaller to join our team in Bangalore. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote India Shelter Finance products.
• Provide accurate information about financial services and offerings.
• Assist customers with inquiries and guide them through the application process.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (Good in English and Kannada/Hindi preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
