Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, resolve inquiries, and generate leads or sales. Maintain accurate call logs and customer details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers using a predetermined script.
- Explain offerings clearly and handle customer questions.
- Record call outcomes and update contact information.
- Follow up on leads and escalate as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in regional languages like Hindi/Marathi if preferred).
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, data entry).
