Job Title: Verification & Welcome Calling Executive
Department: Customer Support / Onboarding
Location:Kanjurmarg, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ?15,000 In-Hand
Qualification Required: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct welcome and verification calls to new customers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, or Malayalam.
- Accurately record and update customer information.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to call quality standards.
- Ensure timely follow-ups if required.
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience to new customers.
Language Requirements:
- Candidates must be fluent in any one or more of the following languages:
- Gujarati
- Bengali
- Tamil
- Malayalam
Shift Timings:
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Rotational Offs
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
