We are looking for confident and enthusiastic telecallers to join our team. The main role involves calling passengers who have recently traveled by bus to gather their feedback and reviews, resolve complaints, and contribute to improving service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact passengers over phone to collect their reviews and complaints.

Provide assistance and follow-up on complaints to make sure they are resolved.

Requirements:
