Telecaller cum Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers cum Sales Executives to join our dynamic real estate team at Uttarakhand Housing Developers Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential real estate buyers.
Explain property details, project highlights, and offers clearly.
Maintain daily follow-ups and convert leads into site visits.
Schedule appointments for field executives and support them with data.
Maintain lead records and report daily performance.
Update CRM with new enquiries and follow-up actions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience in Telecalling/Sales (Real Estate preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
