Telecaller Fortune Bulls

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our sales/support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, providing product/service information, and generating leads or closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or messages.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Gather feedback and share with the team for process improvement.
• Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Requirements:Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in [insert relevant language(s)].
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Communication is a plus.
