**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Telecaller** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads or sales. A successful telecaller must be persuasive, patient, and able to handle rejections professionally.

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

* Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer queries.

* Explain products or services and provide accurate information.

* Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

* Generate leads, schedule appointments, or convert leads into sales (depending on business needs).

* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

* Maintain a positive attitude and handle customer objections calmly.

* Update CRM or call logs after every interaction.
