Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about our water treatment products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote water treatment products and services.
• Respond to incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate product/service information.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate, maintain, and update the leads database in CRM.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams for appointments and order follow-ups.
• Maintain daily call records and submit regular performance reports.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
