We are hiring a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller to promote and sell life insurance policies over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy features, and converting inquiries into sales or appointments.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from lead databases.
• Explain life insurance plans, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly.
• Understand the customer's needs and suggest appropriate insurance policies.
• Schedule appointments for sales executives or close basic policies directly over the call.
• Follow up with interested prospects to complete documentation or assist in policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer data in CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal company policies.
