Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Telecalling Executive or Banking Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling or banking processes and be comfortable interacting with customers in English and Marathi.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound customer calls related to banking operations.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads or service issues.
- Meet daily calling targets and adhere to quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Requirements:Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in telecalling or banking operations.
- Education: Must have passed 10th or 12th standard.
- Salary Expectation: Between ?8,000 to ?25,000 (including up to ?10,000 in incentives).
- Languages: Must be able to speak and understand English and Marathi comfortably.
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai and able to commute daily to Malad West.
