Job Summary:The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents who have shown interest in pursuing higher education abroad. Your primary role will be initiating meaningful interactions over the phone, providing accurate information about available study-abroad programs, and scheduling counselling sessions or follow-ups with our expert advisors.

• Key Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
• Clearly communicate details of various study abroad opportunities and partner universities.
• Generate interest and qualify potential students by understanding their education goals.
• Schedule appointments, virtual or physical counselling sessions, and follow-ups.
• Regularly update the CRM with accurate call records, feedback, and lead status.
• Coordinate effectively with the counselling and admissions team.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service during interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets as assigned.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our partner institutions, primarily universities in Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, as well as key programs and benefits.
