Job Title: Telecaller 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller cum Loan Executive to handle loan inquiries, make outbound calls, and assist customers in the loan application process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and basic sales skills, with a good understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (personal, business, home, etc.).
• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to loans and resolve basic queries.
• Collect and verify customer documents and ensure accurate data entry.
• Follow up with customers to complete loan applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with the credit team and sales team for timely processing.
• Maintain daily reports, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.
