Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to generate leads, promote products/services, or provide support.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers/leads from the provided database.
• Explain the company's products or services and generate interest.
• Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer records.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed call logs.
• Work as part of a team to meet the organization's goals.
• Requirements:Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.
• Good communication skills in [Insert language(s), e.g., English, Hindi].
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
