Job Description
- Core Responsibilities:Making Outbound Calls
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Follow scripts or prepared dialogues when speaking with prospects.
- Receiving Inbound Calls
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers and provide information or support.
- Lead Generation
- Collect and record customer information, needs, and feedback.
- Identify potential leads and update the CRM system.
- Customer Follow-up
- Follow up on previous interactions to ensure satisfaction or close sales.
- Remind customers about upcoming payments, renewals, or appointments.
- Sales & Conversion
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets or call quotas.
- ? Administrative Responsibilities:Maintaining Records
- Update call logs, customer databases, and reports regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and transactions.
- Reporting
- Provide regular updates to the team leader or manager.
- Share feedback and market insights gathered during calls.
- ? Communication & Etiquette:Customer Relationship Management
- Build rapport with customers and handle objections tactfully.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
- Adhering to Call Quality Standards
- Maintain a polite and professional tone.
- Ensure calls meet company quality guidelines and compliance standards.
