Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Generate quality leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Conduct inbound call handling and provide relevant information to customers.
• Perform research to identify new potential markets and customer needs.
• Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and lead reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to the team.
• Handle objections or queries in a professional and polite manner.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
