We are hiring freshers for the post of Loan Telecaller Executive. The job is to call customers, tell them about loan offers (like personal loans, business loans), and help them with the loan process.
KEY DUTIED
1.Make phone calls to customers from the provided data.
2.Tell them about loan schemes and explain benefits.
3.Ask them if they are interested in taking a loan.
4.Collect basic customer information (name, income, documents).
5.Share leads with the senior or loan officer.
6.Follow up with customers who show interest.
7.Keep a record of daily calls and responses.
