We are hiring Telecallers to make outbound calls, promote our products/services, explain benefits to customers, and close sales. Good communication and a target-driven mindset are must.
Make outbound calls to potential B2C customers daily
Explain product/services clearly and confidently
Handle basic customer queries and objections
Follow up on interested leads and close the sale
Maintain records of calls and updates in CRM or sheets
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
