Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller to make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident voice, and a positive attitude to connect with customers, explain products/services, and generate leads or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.

  Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

  Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.

  Maintain customer data and update call details in CRM or system.

  Follow up on leads and keep customers engaged.

  Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

  Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.

Requirements:

  Good communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., Hindi, English, Marathi].

  Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

  Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.

  Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
