Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, fixing appointments, or collecting information by calling potential customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as required.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Maintain records of conversations and share feedback with the team.
