We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound queries from existing or potential clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer queries politely and effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales or support team as required.
• Maintain call records and prepare call reports.
